Short Introduction
FragKB provides information on structurally conserved fragments from proteins structures to scientific community. The fragments are annotated with their roles in structure and function of the proteins using literature derived information.

Search
The database can be searched using proteins with one of the following options:
  • PDB ID (example: 1CTQ )
  • Uniprot Accession Number (example: P01112 )
  • Uniprot Protein Name (example: H-ERG )
  • Uniprot Organism Source (example: Bovine )
  • GO Molecular Function (example: Ion Channel )
  • GO Biological Process (example: proteolysis )
  • EC Number (example search: 3.4.21.5 )
